When Omaha Fire Paramedics arrived, police said the baby's grandmother was holding and administering CPR to an infant in the parking lot of the apartment complex.

After the baby was born, the panicked girl allegedly threw the tiny infant out of her window before telling her own mum what she had done.

It's also unclear whether or not other family members knew the teen was pregnant. Police said charges were pending the results of an autopsy and the remainder of the investigation.
