GOP official: Kasich not voting for Trump a 'shame'

Posted November 04, 2016

He added that Kasich voted the straight Republican ticket, excluding Trump.

The former Republican Presidential candidate wrote in GOP Senator John McCain's name for President on his absentee ballot, rather than vote for the party's nominee.

With the vote for McCain, Kasich, who failed in his own presidential bid this year, issued a final rebuke of Trump. "You signed a pledge to get on the ballot in SC".

"Look, to say that elections are rigged and all these votes are stolen - that's like saying we never landed on the moon, frankly", said Kasich.

NBA Score: Chicago Bulls Dominate Brooklyn Nets As Expected
Following that late tip-off, the C's will have a very late night as they fly to Cleveland for Thursday's matchup with the Cavs. On offense, the Bulls had their way with the Nets, shooting over 57 percent from behind the three-point line in the first half.

If a political leader like John Kasich, who has spent four decades in public office and would make a great National Chaplin if such an office existed, values democratic values and holds himself out to be a model, his write-in vote for McCain is another newsmaker, for sure.

Spokesman Chris Schrimpf says the OH governor voted straight-ticket Republican in the rest of the contests.

He also denounced Trump after video of the nominee making sexually aggressive statements about women was published by the Washington Post. "John, you are better than that". You signed a pledge in order to get on the ballot in SC.

"I'm not happy John Kasich or Paul Ryan and the way they're conducting themselves, particularly John Kasich", he remarked.

Mariah Carey Refuses To Leave James Packer's Home, Makes More Outrageous Demands
The publication says both Mariah and Nick have agreed on joint custody of their five-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe. Mariah began dating James in June, 2015 and the businessman proposed during a private dinner in NY in January, 2016.

Last month, Trump said he was disappointed that Kasich didn't comply with his pledge he signed to support the GOP nominee. Jeb Bush, I would say the same thing to you.

You may cynically consider this to be a selfish, preening, meaningless move created to draw attention to the Governor-turned failed presidential candidate, and according to a new report, you'd be pretty spot-on.

"I'm gonna tell your kids and your grandkids that you signed a pledge, you gave your word, to be President of the United States - to run for President of the United States - and you backed away from it", Santorum concluded.
