On Friday, the independent music superstar announced he would support Chicago Public Schools by creating the New Chance Arts & Literature Fund. "To ensure that more students have more access, I am excited to announce the creation of the New Chance Arts and Literacy Fund".

Just weeks after announcing a $1 million donation to Chicago Public Schools, Chance the Rapper on Friday held a second press conference to unveil the New Chance Arts & Literature Fund in Chicago.
