Eisgruber writes letter to White House, calls for support of DACA

As President Donald Trump considers whether to end the deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA) policy that allows immigrants who were brought into the U.S.in their youth to remain in the country and obtain work permits, his vice president says that the determination is one that Trump will make with "big heart".

Congressman Denham and Evangelista discussed the transformative effect that DACA has had on the young man's life, and urged lawmakers to pass a legislative solution that allows 800,000 hardworking young people like Evangelista across the country to continue working, paying taxes, and serving local communities and in the USA military without fear of deportation.
