A 29-year-old Ex Temple University student has been accused of murder over the demise of a lady enlisted at the college who disappeared early Thursday morning. It remained there overnight.

"Our deepest sympathies go out to Jenna's family and her classmates, both here at Temple and at Montgomery County Community College", said Englert.

Police say a body presumed to be Burleigh's was found on lakefront property there owned by Hupperterz's grandmother. Jenna was a student at Temple University, and Hupperterz was a former Temple University student.

When Joshua Hupperterz left a North Philadelphia bar early Thursday morning, he was caught by a surveillance camera walking with a young woman. He's being held without bail now, authorities said, the newspaper reported.

Court documents don't list an attorney for Hupperterz.

A spokesperson for Lyft said the company is devastated by the allegations and stands "ready to work with the authorities in their investigation".

Kenya on edge as Supreme Court prepares election ruling
As news of the court's decision spread, cheers and celebrations could be heard on the streets in parts of the capital, Nairobi . Three of Kenya's presidents since independence from Britain in 1963 have been Kikuyu and one has been from the Kalenjin tribe.

It wasn't known if Hupperterz is represented by a lawyer. Hupperterz also popped up on the radar of police in Scranton in 2013, when he allegedly broke into a home and stole electronics, credit cards, laundry detergent, and a half keg of beer.

At Temple, Hupperterz also majored in Advertising and Risk Management with minors in Economics and Marketing from 2014-2017. Previously, Jenna told her father that she was going out to dinner with friends and planned to stay overnight with a friend. "It's just a red flag".

Burleigh's dad, Ed Burleigh, posted a sad message on his Facebook page on Saturday, saying: "Our Beautiful Angel Jenna is now in Heaven".

"Our handsome angel is now in heaven", he posted. "Now I know for sure that you can have a 'broken heart.' RIP honey".

Hupperterz admitted to "elements of the crime" in a partial confession, Philadelphia police Capt. John Ryan, commanding officer of the homicide unit, said Saturday night, according to Philly.com.

"Instances like this, they really hit home", Ross said. At the same time, state police went to the home of Hupperterz's grandmother in a small Wayne County borough in northern Pennsylvania and took him into custody.
