Trump, Tiger and DJ To Play Golf Together In Florida

Trump, who is now at the self-proclaimed "Winter White House", Mar-a-Lago, tweeted on Friday morning that he would be (quickly) playing a round of golf with Woods and current No. 1 golfer, Dustin Johnson.

According to the website, the visit to Jupiter on Friday was Trump's 76th visit to a golf course as president. Then it's back to Mar-a-Lago for talks on bringing "even more jobs and companies back to the USA!", Trump tweeted.

Three-handicapper Trump and 14-time major victor Woods have previously golfed together though.

Trump tweeted Friday morning that he would play the two "quickly" before going back to Mar-a-Lago for a meeting about the country's economy.

Woods has spent most of the last year rehabbing from back surgery, and hasn't played a competitive, injury-free year of golf since 2013.

Prior to the golf game, Trump tweeted that he planned to speak with President Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey about "bringing peace to the mess that I inherited in the Middle East".

Trump's golfing excursions have come under fire following years of his criticism of predecessor Barack Obama for playing golf while on the job.

Trump, who through his Trump organization owns or operates 17 different golf courses or properties around the world, has been on the greens frequently - Golf News Net has tracked him visiting golf courses 70-plus times since his inauguration in January.
