Google adds Mario on Google Maps to guide your route

Nintendo and Google have announced that for one week only, Google Maps will feature Mario-themed content in celebration of Mario Day (March 10th, or "MAR10").

To try it out, update your Google Maps Android or iOS app from Google Play or the App Store.

As always, respect the rules of the road. Yes, the powerful and super popular gaming character, Super Mario comes to the Google Maps.

Perhaps knowing the tactics of your typical Mario Kart player, Google has also issued a warning: "Just keep in mind to practice safe driving on the road-we don't encourage throwing bananas or red shells at other drivers in real life!"
