South Jersey Gearing Up For Fourth Nor'easter Of March

On Monday, New York's Westchester County Board of Legislators held a special meeting on the massive power outages caused by the previous storms, grilling representatives of Con Ed and NYSEG, CBS New York reports.

The storm weakened a bit in the early hours of Thursday, and Boston expected to escape with just a few inches of snow before it tapered off Thursday afternoon. Up to 3 inches could fall on parts of central New Jersey from this initial storm.

The snow will develop about 6 a.m. Wednesday and continue for nearly 24 hours. The last time there was that much snow that many years in a row was in the 1880s, CNN reported.

In Westchester County, over 10 inches has been reported in White Plains.
