Manchester City's 3-0 defeat to Liverpool on Wednesday was far from their "perfect match", but they claim to have found it in a commercial partnership with Tinder.

You must be thinking how Facebook can affect someone's Tinder account?

"The social network has confirmed that these problems were "part of the changes" and that it's "working with Tinder" to fix the problem", the Engadget report added.

At the time of publication, it appears the app's Facebook login has been fixed.

Griffin was released by the Redskins in 2016 when Washington committed to Kirk Cousins as the starter. He started just five games before spending time on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.

Roderick Hsiao, a senior software engineer at Tinder, tweeted that users could still access the service through its web browser while engineers worked on fixing the mobile client.

In an attempt to prevent another Analytica-gate, Facebook on Wednesday implemented new measures to regulate the data third-party apps can use and access.

After the changes, if a user tries to log into their Tinder account, they will likely see an error saying, "Facebook Permissions".

In the process, though, Facebook's efforts seem to have inadvertently disrupted usage in popular dating app Tinder, which prominently features Facebook integration. And since Tinder doesn't require that you build your profile using a social media account, you can always sign up with their phone number, though you'll have to start from square one.

"This information is used to create fuller profiles, verify authenticity and provide support", the pop-up reads.

Facebook is now dealing with a scandal regarding over 87 million users who had their data accessed by the firm Cambridge Analytica, including over 600,000 Canadians.

Anyway, we always get a kick out of a cheeky dating app... until now.

According to Tinder, such short videos might be able to better illustrate the personality of users and boost their chances of finding a proper match.

Tinder needs a lot of Facebook permissions, as it's absolutely necessary for it to access a lot of information. Well, you can of course loop it.
