Late-Night Hosts Slam Sean Hannity for Sharing Trump Lawyer

On Monday in a court in NYC, a judge ordered Cohen to reveal his list of unnamed clients, with one being named as Fox News host Sean Hannity. One was obviously Trump.

For Broidy, Cohen helped broker a $1.6 million payment to a former Playboy model with whom he had a sexual relationship. The Playmate became pregnant and elected to have an abortion. "I understand that he doesn't want his name out there".

When Hannity's name was announced, there were gasps in the courtroom, which was packed with journalists.

On Monday, Cohen told a federal judge that he had given legal advice to three people in the past year.

Anothony Scarammucci, made a cryptic Twitter response " We are all clients of Michael Cohen" in solidarity with Hannity.

At first, he said that he might have given the attorney a few bucks, then later, he said that his conversations with Cohen did not revolve around a third party, like what happened to Trump.

John McCain, R-Ariz., chairman of the Senate Armed Service Committee, said Trump's "premature" declaration emboldened Assad. Several other members of Congress echoed Pelosi's statement calling out Trump for not going to Congress to seek approval.

Hannity did not budge from his earlier statements on his Fox program Monday night, sticking by his defense that Cohen never represented him in any legal matter and their relationship was "almost exclusively focused on real estate".

"I never retained his services". "You know Sean Hannity is probably on the phone with his wife going, 'Hey honey, its so weird how I used the guy who pays off mistresses to get me out of that parking ticket, ' " the host quipped. "I did have occasional brief conversations with Michael Cohen - he's a great attorney - about legal questions I had or I was looking for input and perspective".

Cohen, Trump's longtime personal attorney, arranged the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, shortly before the 2016 presidential election.

The disclosure was the latest surprise in a highly unusual court case in which the president is fighting his own Justice Department. While in court, she smiled several times as she observed the proceedings from a folding chair near the back of the room.

Cohen, a former Trump Organization lawyer, arranged a 130,000-dollar payment shortly before the 2016 election to porn star Stormy Daniels for her silence about a 2006 liaison with the NY real estate tycoon, who denies any sexual relationship with her.

The government has proposed that Cohen's materials can be reviewed by a walled-off "taint team" of prosecutors that will judge which material is relevant to the investigation and filter out documents that should be kept private.

As Russia warns against U.S. strike, Trump tweets missiles are coming
Donald Trump has issued a stark warning to Russian Federation and Syria to " get ready " for a missile attack on the Assad regime. The president made the statement in a tweet Thursday morning.

"He has played by a different set of rules, or should we say no rules at all", she said of Cohen.

He was referencing his good friend and former colleague from the "The Daily Show", who was known for his attacks on Fox News and his various feuds with Hannity.

Last week, prosecutors said in a court filing that they have been investigating Cohen for months "for criminal conduct that largely centers on his personal business dealings". They said that prosecutors had already intercepted emails from Cohen and executed the search warrants only after discovering that there were no emails between Trump and Cohen.

"Unlike a search of a traditional law office, the information gathered thus far in the investigation suggests that the overwhelming majority of evidence seized during the searches will not be privileged material, but rather will relate to Cohen's business dealings".

Cohen was in court to ask the judge to limit the ability of federal prosecutors to review documents seized from his offices and home last week as part of a criminal investigation, which stems in part from a probe into possible collusion between Trump's presidential campaign and Russian Federation. "Lanny, we have attorney-client privilege, isn't that true?"
