A tenant-landlord dispute and pending eviction may have sparked a fatal shooting that left two people dead - including the gunman - and a third person wounded, the Marin County Sheriff's Department said Friday.
The victim has been identified as Sabrina Elizabeth Lew, 30, of Mill Valley.

The dramatic scene disrupted the typically quiet Mill Valley, when deputies responded to the 900 block of E. Blithedale Avenue at around 3:20 p.m. where they found a man and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds. The suspect has been identified as Victor Aurelino Lugo. Police said there was an argument before the shooting happened and that the landlord's daughter was killed.
Sheriff's officials alerted the public about the initial shooting at about 3:40 p.m. Police received at least one report of a gun barrel protruding from an apartment at the complex. Other residents were told to stay indoors.

At around 5pm a SWAT team set up explosives at the door of an apartment that the suspect had been seen fleeing to. A revolver believed to be the weapon used in the incident was found lying at the suspect's feet.
The cause and manner of death will be pending toxicology results and the conclusion of the investigation by Marin County Sheriff's Office.
