Paramedics were called to the scene to have Locklear checked out and as the EMT was examining her, Locklear allegedly kicked the EMT. She's being held behind bars on a $20,000 bail.

She has pleaded not guilty in that case.

Sheriff's deputies responded to two separate calls to Locklear's residence in Thousand Oaks, California. Upon arrival, officers found that Locklear was "heavily intoxicated" and arguing with another person. Last week, she was hospitalised and underwent a psychiatric evaluation.

In 911 dispatch audio obtained by the site, the family member described Locklear as erratic and said she was looking for a gun to shoot herself.
