The Carmelo Anthony era is officially over for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to trade forward Carmelo Anthony to the Atlanta Hawks, where he will be waived and will become a free agent, league sources said. The Rockets are the frontrunners to land Anthony, according to Wojnarowski. If he signs there, he will join friend Chris Paul and the 2017-18 MVP, James Harden.

Bryce Harper Completes Colossal Comeback to Win Home Run Derby
Fans (of Schwarber's) saw Harper's father, his pitcher, throwing the pitches before the previous home run had landed. Everyone who participated can hit for power and all of them peppered the stands with long home runs.

Of course, the Rockets will soon have their chance to do so after the Thunder traded Anthony to the Hawks on Thursday in a three-team deal.

The pick the Thunder are sending the Hawks is 2022 lottery protected first rounder (1-14). Schroder averaged 19.4 points and 6.2 assists last season. Philly needed a stretch four who could shoot, and Muscala is a career 38 percent three-point shooter. Though it stands to reason that the 10-time All-Star will not be making his decision of where to play based on his wallet thanks to his huge contract buyout. Whether that makes sense for Houston is a different story, considering the Rockets built the roster around defensive forwards who are capable of switching defensively - and Anthony is neither of those things. But it was clear that the top priorities were getting Schroder out of the mix and picking up a decent draft pick, both of which they did. The Hawks at one point considered Schroder their future cornerstone, but they switched directions and drafted Oklahoma's Trae Young in the first round of this year. Schroder will get to team up with Russell Westbrook and Paul George for a team that finished fourth in the Western Conference last season.

That gives it plenty of room to grow in a Chinese market that still is expanding, while USA and European demand is flat. While tax credits have helped boost electric-vehicle demand in the USA , they remain only 1.1percent of the market.

Muscala, who turned 27 earlier this month, averaged career highs in points (7.6), rebounds (4.3) and minutes (20.0) last season in 53 appearances (seven starts). The 24-year-old finished last season averaging 6.2 points over 38 games.
