Georgia must change its procedures to make it easier for some people flagged under the state's restrictive "exact match" law to vote, a federal judge ruled on Friday, dealing a blow to Republican gubernatorial candidate and Secretary of State Brian Kemp.

The Republican candidate for governor in Georgia, Brian Kemp, has faced scrutiny for declining to step down from his roll as secretary of state, which oversees the state's elections.

She touched on one of the major issues of the Abrams-Kemp campaign: voting rights.
