'Impeach the motherf***er': Newly-elected Democratic congresswoman vows to impeach Donald Trump

Posted January 05, 2019

Palestinian-American Congresswoman-elect Rashida Tlaib will be sworn in to the US House of Representatives on Thursday, taking her oath on a two-volume Quran that belonged to one of the founding fathers of America, Thomas Jefferson. Tlaib revealed a conversation she had with her son, going on to say that President Donald Trump would be impeached.

"When your son looks at you and says, 'Momma, look!"

Tlaib opted to use the Koran instead of the Bible, during her ceremonial swearing-in but that outraged racists who apparently believe anyone who is not a Christian is an enemy.

But not even Democrats are welcoming Tlaib's comments. Rep. I think she dishonored herself and I think she's dishonored her family.

Cardiff manager Neil Warnock said that early goal was a heavy blow: "When we start off like that we shoot ourselves in the foot". It was beaten 5-1 at Manchester United just before Christmas and was also thrashed 5-0 by Man City at home in September.

Rep. Nanci Pelosi (D-Calif.), who was re-elected as the speaker of the House on January 3, told reporters that she is not ruling out impeaching Trump. Bullies don't win", after her victory, and she responded, "You're right, they don't.

Tlaib reiterated her position in December, calling for Trump's impeachment after he threatened to shut down the government over border wall funding, and again after he followed through on the threat.

On the topic of impeachment, though, the president said he's "done more in [his] first two years than any president in our country".

Talk of impeachment remains in the air, fueled by a handful of Democrats on Pelosi's left flank who are pressuring her to more aggressively pursue the issue.

The timing of the speech is unclear, since North Korea rarely provides advance notice about Kim's schedule. Kim said he was willing to meet Trump at any time and urged corresponding measures from the U.S.

Prior to making the comments, she had spoken about the meaningfulness of being a role-model for young girls. So it's not proper appropriate for Democrats or anybody in Congress to represent Americans and speak this way. Trump said Democrats would never impeach someone that is "doing a great job".

"We're going to go in there, and we're going to impeach the motherfucker", she said, drawing huge cheers from the crowd and hugging supporters afterwards. They are unlikely to get a vote on the House floor, at least for now.

"The only reason that they want to come after this president is because they know that they can't beat him", she told Fox News hosts. We'll see where the facts lead - and maybe that will lead to impeachment.

Salty language by USA lawmakers - or presidents, for that matter - is nothing new.
