Obama's March Madness Bracket Has A UNC-Duke Final

Posted March 22, 2019

It's finally here. The madness has begun, and the first round of the 2019 NCAA Tournament is off and running. Much like their matchup with Kentucky, a game with Tennessee is a very comparable matchup for North Carolina. He also picked CT to win in his women's bracket. Zion Williamson is a game-changer unlike anything college basketball has seen in a long while.

His Final Four is rounded out by two No. 2 seeds -Tennessee out of the South and MI in the West. Obama selected the Tar Heels to win the title in his first bracket in office, and picked UNC again in 2017.

Duke, the overall 1-seed, is projected to move out of the first round by 97.7% of users.

Trump on Mueller report: 'Let it come out, let people see it'
Trump tweeted about the poll Monday, indicating that "very few think [the investigation] is legit". Mueller, Trump charges, "put 13 angry Democrats in" his investigative team, also false.

The Atlantic published an article back in 2012 about how well his prognostications work out.

That said, Obama's bracket is still a recipe for chaos, with a Duke-North Carolina rematch in the championship game that would be the most heated chapter in the history of college basketball's greatest rivalry.

Here's a full breakdown of what the former junior senator from IL thinks will happen during the Round of 64. The best team in their region is Michigan State, and I think they would easily win that game.

US House wants Mueller report made public
Four members of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, a group strongly allied with Trump, were the lawmakers who voted "present". But none of the indictments have been for conspiracy between Trump allies and Russians. "Let's bring this chapter to a close".

He also has some notable upset picks along the way. Gonzaga (9.0 percent) and Virginia (6.5 percent) followed. He has No. 1 Gonzaga facing No. 4 Florida State in the Sweet 16, calling for the Seminoles to upset the Zags again.

This is where Obama gets a little risky. Obama sees the No. 12 seed Oregon Ducks and No. 13 seed UC Irvine Anteaters both springing first-round upsets in the South to meet in the Round of 32, where he has Oregon advancing to the Sweet 16. They have played some incredible basketball against some of the best teams in the country this year, and they have won it all before after starting as a lower seed. As far as a Final Four representative I look for 2nd seed MI to advance but this region could be full of upsets.

There are bound to be insane upsets and there is likely a Cinderella out there that's going to prove me wrong and make a run to the Sweet 16 or even further.

Beto O'Rourke has serious hacker credentials
O'Rourke is holding a Texas kickoff of his presidential campaign March 30 in El Paso. "This is not just about having one demographic group".

He also isn't buying the Wofford Terriers at No. 7, seeing Myles Powell and Seton Hall continuing its momentum after pushing into the tournament after a season on the bubble.
